We’ve put together a great little programme of this summer’s FISE festivals near you,  so you can get ready to join us! Here’s the guide:

1. Enjoy a scintillating experience in Reims

A fantastic opportunity to revel in the FISE Experience Series festival with its programme of BMX and Roller Freestyle Park, Skateboard Bowl and BMX Flatland.  It’s free for the whole family, too, so do join us at Léo Lagrange Park in Reims from 29 June–1 July. There’s more information on our events page.

2.   Explore Canada and stop in Edmonton

It’s time to prepare for your visit to Canada for the 3rd stage of the FISE World Series in  Edmonton (13–15 July). Nicknamed the ‘City of Festivals’, Alberta’s capital hosts 60 festivals of the year. The tone is set!

3.   Ride the Anglet wave

Come on down to the Basque coast from 10–11 August at the Barre Spot near Anglet for a festival devoted to Action Sports – with BMX Freestyle Park as well as shows and mini contests of Skateboard. It’s free – and for just that weekend, you’ll find the Spot totally transformed for benefit of riders and spectators.

4.   A 100% ‘weekend of glisse’

For 10 years, the city of Le Havre has hosted a 3-day ‘weekend of glisse’. This year’s celebration of water (Windsurf, Kitesurf, SUP…) and urban sports (BMX and Roller Freestyle Park, Skateboard, Scooter Freestyle Bowl and BMX Flatland demonstrations) takes place from 24–26 August on Le Havre’s beach esplanade. There’s something for everyone!

5.   A fascinating sporting experience

Prolong your summer by coming to the shell beach of Palavas-les-Flots on 1 September, where there’ll be 24 hours of sensational activities, festivities, and sports activities for everyone: Yoga, Surf, Wakeboard, Flyboard, BMX Flat.  Also on the programme are 2 big charity races in aid of the children from the Saint-Pierre Institute:
A 24-HOUR RUN: a relay or run (or walk) commencing 31 August

Giant Paddle: a team water race on 1 September

Check out the event here to give your support to sick or disabled children.

You’re now ready to spend the best of summers!  We hope that you won’t forget these 5 great suggestions and that we’ll get the chance to meet up at one of our festivals.  Why not go crazy and come to them all?!
