DAY 4 RECAP - FISE MONTPELLIER 2025 🔥
🇨🇳 Sibei Sun Shines Again in the UCI BMX Freestyle Park Women's Final
China’s Sibei Sun, already victorious in Shanghai, brilliantly wins the first stop of the UCI World Cup, ahead of Japan’s Ozawa Miharu, a 15-year-old rising star, and Hannah Roberts (USA), Olympic medalist.
The level in the women's field has never been this high, with explosive runs and rare intensity. Special mention to Kim Lea Muller (GER), who finished 5th after scoring over 80 points in her first run.
🚴 BMX Freestyle Park – UCI Men: Marcus Christopher Crowned in Montpellier
American prodigy Marcus Christopher takes the win against a stacked field.
Anthony Jeanjean, boosted by the home crowd, delivered two incredible runs (94.86 on his second attempt) but had to settle for second, outpaced by the American’s power and precision.
Legends like Logan Martin, rising stars like Dylan Hessey, and big names like Nick Bruce showed once again why BMX Park remains one of the most hotly contested and spectacular events at FISE.
🚲 BMX Street Women: Hendrick at the Top
Under scorching heat, Bethany Hendrick (Team Kink) claimed victory with two bold, well-rounded runs, using every corner of the Street Park.
10-year-old Malory Cubillos (Spain) already impresses, while Sarah Stotnicki (AUS) rounds out the podium.
An edition marked by diverse styles and a huge leap in the women’s level.
✌️ BMX Street Men: Eduardo Rodriguez Takes the Win!
New Top 8 Battle format = new level of intensity!
The final showdown featured two South American riders: Fillipe from Brazil and Eduardo Rodriguez from Argentina.
Fillipe had already become a fan favorite with his insane performance at the Long Jump Contest in the FISE Shred Zone.
Both riders gave it their all in front of a wild crowd, but in this extremely close duel, it was Argentinian Eduardo who came out on top.
He nailed big tricks and technical grinds, including a perfectly executed Pegs to Bar 180 – a complete and controlled performance.
