The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone aged 18 or over who completes the survey.
No purchase necessary.
The winner will receive 1 Pass Gold to FISE Montpellier 2022. (The Pass Gold gives 1 person access to special stands above the BMX Park to experience FISE Montpellier 2022.)
No cash alternative will be offered.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The closing date for entries is 16/11/21. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random and will be notified by email within 10 working day from competition closing date.
The winner will need to confirm their email address for the Prize, and within 5 working days after being notified.
The promoter has the right to withdraw the prize if the winner did not respond with his/her email address within 5 working days.
The draw is not open to employees of the promoter, their subsidiaries, families, agents, or their affiliates.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost and no such correspondence will be entered.
Contact data collected as part of the survey shall be used and held for the purposes of the prize draw only.
The winners name can be posted or printed on the promoter’s official communication channels, including but not limited to: websites and social media.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

La date de clôture des inscriptions est le 16/11/21. Le gagnant sera tiré au sort et averti par e-mail dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant la date de clôture du concours
Le gagnant devra onfirmer son adresse mail pour recevoir son prix, et ce dans les 5 jours ouvrables après avoir été avisé.
Le promoteur a le droit de retirer le prix si le gagnant n'a pas répondu avec son adresse e-mail dans les 5 jours ouvrable
Le tirage n'est pas ouvert aux employés du promoteur, de leurs filiales, familles ou autres personnes affiliées

Les données de contact recueillies dans le cadre de l'enquête seront utilisées et conservées uniquement aux fins du tirage au sort.
Le nom du gagnant peut être affiché ou imprimé sur les canaux de communication officiels du promoteur, y compris sur les sites Web et les médias sociaux.
Le promoteur se réserve le droit de substituer le prix à celui de son choix qui a une valeur égale ou supérieure au prix original, en cas de circonstances indépendantes de sa volonté. Le prix est donc sujet à disponibilité et à changement.
