So much going on this weekend on the FISE planet with the FISE World Series finals in Malaysia and the big finals of the French Virgin Mobile FISE X tour in France!

There were two contenders for the overall title for the 2015 Virgin Mobile FISE Xperience, and the big final was taking place last weekend in the great Halle de la Villette in Paris. After a full afternoon of suspens, it's the English Cam Peake who took the win over the French Istvan Caillet, who was still a contenter after well executed runs in the qualifications. But unfortunately for the latter, the final (and the flair 540) didn't go quite as planned, and Caillet has to stop riding after 4 intense crashes. He hence let Cam Peake go home with the victory and the sought-after invitation for the FISE World Series 2016 tour. The young UK rider truly deserves the victory, thanks to some solid riding without a single mistake, an impeccable routine with great trick combos (3-6 downside whip to bus), great amplitude on the downside whip ans well as some more or less original tricks but that brought diversity to his runs.

In a totally different style, we sure enjoyed watching the insane tranfers from Belgium riders Kenneth Tancré and Jimmy Van Belle, both pedaling as hard as they could on the very compact FISE Area park. The French speaking Jimmy takes home the second place thanks to some impressive flights on the big quarters and fufanus on the safety railings, always so incredible to watch. The Flemish Kenneth Tancré, who performed perfectly in the qualifications, was a bit unlucky during the finals but blows the crowd away with his superman flip and his funky way to drop the wall, Ninja style.

Shout out to the young french riders Philippe Cantenot (St Quentin) and Florien Ferrasse (Montpellier) who will have proved all their talent and potential, from North to South, on the FISE Xperience Series. Another great year wraps up here in a Halle de la Villette transformed in a disco roller rink: now that's something to make us smile and dream about the next season, already looking super exciting for FISE and BMX in France... and way beyond our borders!
