The world’s best action sport athletes are heading to Chengdu, China, for the much anticipated final leg of FISE World Series 2018.
 
Here are some athletes to look out for. 
 
Nick Bruce, BMX Freestyle Park, USA 
Despite battling injuries, UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup leader Nick Bruce has performed consistently all year. His decision to focus on the World Cup – aiming to be overall champion – has certainly paid dividends. But he faces

Hannah Roberts, BMX Freestyle Park, USA
Hannah is the most unwavering female BMX freestyle riders on the planet. The 17-year-old USA charger is just back from intensive preparation at the Daniel Dyers training facility and is sure to produce new tricks to Chengdu. Will this cement her place at the top of the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup leader board?
 
 
Joe Atkinson, Roller, UK
Currently in pole position in the World Skate Roller Freestyle Park World Cup, Joe will bring his distinctive style and creative lines to Chengdu. With his sights firmly set on victory, the Brit faces strong competition from the likes of CJ Wellsmore and Sem Croft.
 
 
 
Lara Lessmann, BMX Freestyle Park, Germany
18-year-old Lara stands 2nd in the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup.  Fresh from the Youth Olympic Games in Beneous Aires, where she won Gold in the Mixed competition, the German is in great form. She’ll be pushing Hannah Roberts all the way.
 
 
 
Matthias Dandois, BMX Flatland, France 
One of the world’s most creative Flatland riders, the Frenchman’s flair and showmanship provides an electrifying atmosphere at any competition. This final stop will definitely draw out the best in Matthias as he aims to take the inaugural UCI BMX Flatland World Cup title.
 
 
 
 
Julien Cudot, Roller, France 
As a former FISE World series winner Julien is always in the mix of the world’s best Roller athletes. In 8th place heading to Chengdu, he’s got something to prove in the Roller World Cup. 
 
 
 
Tomas Lemoine, Mountain Bike, France 

22-year-old Tomas has had strong results throughout the season. Finishing 2nd at FISE Montpellier 2018 and presently 5th in the FMB World rankings he is one of the favourites for Chengdu. Can the Frenchman go one better and take the win ?

 

 

Justin Dowell, BMX Freestyle Park, USA

Richard Tury, Skateboard, Slovakia 
Richard is one of the friendliest skaters on the scene and is current FISE Series leader. If the Slovakian takes gold in Chengdu it would be one of his biggest wins.
