After the two finals of the FIG Parkour World Cup Men and Women, it is the turn of the amateurs to impose themselves on the modules of FISE Montpellier and to cross the walls at full speed.
At the start of the competition, 21 participants set off 1 by 1 across the course to try and cross the modules in the most powerful, fluid but above all fast way. After the first runs, there were only eight who made it to the final.
With an audience at the rendezvous for this end of the day, the level rose to a crescendo and the times were very tight for our amateurs, who were just as determined and concentrated as the professionals preceding them.
In the end, Alban Dubois climbed on the first step of the podium with a time of 22.81 seconds, Sasha Klein second with a time of 24.38 seconds and, within a few thousandths of a second, Emmanuel Sylvestre in third place with a run of 24.97 seconds. .
The podium ended with a nice backflip synchronization of our three winners!
