Rollos are back

18 Sep 2021 18:02

If a rainy interlude postponed to tomorrow the qualifications of the BMX and Roller Freestyle Park Pro categories, it would seem that everything is aligned for a strong comeback of the Rollos on the French urban sports scene.

The first clue to justify all the young riders enthusiasm for this discipline: the number of participants entering the E-FISE Junior by Hot Wheels 2021, which recorded the biggest number of competitors in Rollerblading to highlight the performances of Kids and Juniors from all around the world.

This weekend, the start-list brings together the highest French level including Julien Cudot, Yuma Baudoin, Romain Godenaire, Diako Diaby, Roman Abrate and Jeremy Melique, who will share the Freestyle Park with the Dutch Jaro Frijn and Stephan Selders, as well as the Spaniard Raul Quiles.

We can also count on the initiatives driven by emblematic riders of this discipline, such as the Dijon native Nicolas Serviy who recently launched a Youtube channel (to find here) to share everything, and far beyond, of his passion and all the adventures where she leads him. From sessions on his home spot, to the Parks of the main international competitions through improbable moments, from challenges to Park building, it is an approach as unfiltered as it is sophisticated that he proposes to discover every two weeks.

To get a first glimpse of the project, why not start by an immersion in FISE Xperience Canet-en-Roussillon to be published this week!
